I am proud to offer accessible rates to individuals and couples, allowing you to heal and return to your best life as quickly as possible. Services are available in person and via telehealth.

Private pay rates

Individual therapy/pain coaching sessions: $150

Couples sessions: $175

Insurance

I am in network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna, Cigna, and Quest Behavioral Health. I am in the process of becoming credentialed with Oscar, Oxford, and United.
